This past Monday or Tuesday my husband and I went into the office of Window World in Asheville to get service on one of our windows. The young lady at the front desk (Victoria) greeted us and was so helpful and professional, one could tell immediately that she was going to solve our issue. Once we explained the problem she immediately went into another room came back with a date and time that Kenneth would be at our house on Wednesday. She even wrote the info on a sticky note for us. More companies would do well to hire and keep customer service people like Victoria.

They hauled off the old, and cleaned up. The windows, I love them. Air tight and makes my house look like it has sunglasses on! Window World replaced a number of windows in a house I inherited in 2006. Some developed broken seals due to expansion and contraction from their eastern and southern exposure to the sun. Much to my surprise, Window World replaced all of the affected windows without any charge for replacements or labor.
Kenneth, their representative was on time and very professional.
I was provided a time schedule concerning window arrival and installation; everything happened as projected. I will definitely use them for any other projects.
