I have 7 sliding doors in my townhouse. All of them were made in 1974. In the process of updating, I am reminded of the "before" and "after" every day and I rejoice at the beauty, insulation and ease with which the new doors open and close. I could not be happier with Window World and their service. I've got two more to go and WW is my choice.

I've had my windows installed my many years ago.. A bear clawed two screens, and a squirrel made holes in another one. Since they quarranty their products for a life time, they repaired the screens for free! They are terrific.

We just had all of our windows and a patio door replaced in our older home. The product seems to be very well made. Our salesman Scott gave us a fair price and accurate time table for installation. Our two installers, Jeff and Woody were fantastic. Their workmanship was outstanding and they left a clean work site at the end of each day. I highly recommend Window World if you need windows or doors.

From sales to completed project we have had a very positive experience for our replacement windows. Eugene is a great sales person...friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Very concerned about getting the best look for our house. The installers (Jeff and his assistant Woody) were also great. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. They are friendly, courteous and hard working. They did a meticulous job with installation. Denise in the office was quick to respond and "fix" a couple of issues that we had concerning a missing window and two windows that arrived less than perfect from the manufacturer. The windows operate beautifully and look great!

Awesome Customer Service - We bought a house approximately 5 years ago that had Window World windows in it. Recently the hardware in the windows started to fail. I called to see how much it would cost to fix it. They charged me $50 to transfer the warranty from the previous homeowner (keep in mind we bought the house 5 years ago) and fixed the windows for free. It did take a bit of time for them to get the parts and get it done, but I was thrilled at the fact that my windows are now guaranteed. Thank you so much!
