I can’t say enough good things about this company, and Scott Jackson an outside salesman, in particular. Not only are their products a perfect solution to energy efficiency, but their aesthetic value is excellent as well. Scott is very knowledgable about their products and answered all our questions, no matter how many times we asked. Dealing with a reputable company and employees such as Scott made the process of replacing all the windows in our home a seamless and enjoyable process. Scott from Window World provided amazing service as I was looking to special order a new front door with a built in dog door. I especially loved that Scott scheduled a appointment with me, for a specific date and time and not a 4 hour waiting period. He came to my house to take measurements and start the door design process. Scott was on-time and provided expert level knowledge about doors and the Installation process.
Tom installed my door for me, I wouldn't call it a standard installation process, definitely a few challenges with my house frame but Tom handled it all like a truly experienced professional.
I was really impressed when Scott stopped by the day of the installation to check-in.
The door is great quality and beautiful. The experience was very customer service driven. I will definitely use Window World for all my future Window/Door needs!

My entire experience from beginning to end has been an absolute breeze. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this company more. Scott the sales rep is responsive, kind, knowledgeable and made sure the whole process went smoothly. He was able to come to my home shortly after I filled out the online form for a quote.
My windows then ended up coming in a month early and the construction crew were on time for installation. They were kind, efficient and left little to no mess.
I did have to have someone come back out to fix one small problem and once again, the communication was quick, easy and the contractor was on time and fixed the problem.
Thank you for exceeding my expectations and I will definitely be recommending this company to any of my friends and family that may need windows in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Scott was great from the start and the installers were fast, knowledgeable and cared about the job they did. I would highly recommend them. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't done anything like this before and it was a big job and it was MY house, but they made me feel comfortable. They were on time and installed 26 windows in one day and did an amazing job. Scott even dropped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy.

Had a sliding door installed back in June. They did not install the plastic caps to cover the screws. So I’m left with four black holes. .Enclosed is a photo. Several times they promised to get them to me. Here it is eight months later and I have still not received them. the helper left nails on my vinyl floor during the install. Instead of putting them off to the side, he decided to walk on them. Thankfully, there was no damage done. Other than that I love my sliding door. And the quality is very good. I would’ve given a five star had not been for the two unfortunate incidences.

Kenneth did an outstanding job replacing our windows. I told Kenneth that we would be installing siding on the house so he added the required framing around the windows to make it ready for siding. Despite this required additional work Kenneth had a great attitude and great communication skills. He took the time to explain things to us. I’m 67 and I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors and I’ve never had anyone with such a great work ethic and attitude. Highly recommend this company.

I had a difficult time getting the salesman to call me back even though I had told him I wanted to buy the replacement windows. I was told 18 weeks was the time line I could expect them to be installed. They were right on time. The installation was excellent. The couple and helper were professional and experienced.
My complaint is that a very good friend of mine recommended Window World which played into the reason I chose them. She and her husband have lived in this very nice house for over twenty years and were there when the windows were installed. I was told to have the person who recommended them to fill out & sign a questionnaire & they would receive a $ 50 gift certificate. They refused to honor this since they don’t own the house. They also told me they would look into this further & get back with me. They did not! Very disappointing.

I bought my main windows in 2008. Their warranty is superb. If anything goes wrong, I call them and give them a number off the window and they order and install. Because of this great warranty and fantastic customer service over the years, I did not hesitate to return to them when I needed to replace my sliding glass door. Again, all was outstanding, form ordering to final installation. They do what they say and like the commercial says: They "don't just stand on their windows; they stand behind them". They walk the talk and would not hesitate to return to them in the future.
